The Problem

This patient came to my office with severely collapsed vertical and upper and lower broken down conventional partials. He was convinced that full dentures were his only option.

The Solution

The bite was opened approximately 6mm with a new upper and lower EQUIPOISE Partials. I placed one Equipoise crown on #3 and added proper rests seats on the remaining abutments we could use. I re-contoured remaining preps that were saved to maintain bone and used them to over denture.

The Success !

The patient is thrilled both with his new look and with the increase in functional proficiency. He was convinced that full dentures were necessary. Without your expertise and the Equipoise design, he would have been right.
