Go to: Solution | Success The Problem A 56 year old female waitress presented with ill fitting full upper denture and missing all lower teeth except #21,22,26,27,28. The patient requested a new Full Upper Denture and replacement of her missing lower teeth. She had once worn a lower partial denture,but stated "It was never comfortable or secure when chewing or talking." Essentially she gave up using it. Due to the nature of her work as a waitress, she was extremely concerned about obtaining a cosmetic result. Cost was a concern and implants were not an option. |
