The Problem

The case recently completed is a 47 year old female who had moderate to advanced periodontitis posteriorly, with mild to moderate periodontitis in the anterior.

The Solution

Implant therapy would have required sinus lift/bone augmentation prior to implant placement, and the patient did wish to undergo these procedures. She did have high esthetic demands and the decision was made to fabricate 8 crowns with maxillary and mandibular Equipoise removable partial dentures with precision attachments to minimize any potential display of metal.

The prostheses have been recently delivered, but the patient reports being extremely pleased with the esthetic outcome, and is very comfortable with the fit and stability of the partial dentures.
